The flat was really nice to live in! My room had a big window so it was very confortable. Abdul the landlord is awesome. He is really nice, helpful and convenient and always available. Thank you.

Flat is nicely situated in Saldanha, a great neighbourhood in Lisboa. You have a supermarket, Metro station, everything you need near by the apartment. It is clean, rooms are big enough for one person. The landlord deals quickly+good with all problems that might occur. I can highly recommend it.

Abdul the landlord of this place, is an amazing person that will help you during your stay if he can. The room is bright and spacious enough even though it could have one more storage cabinet. The view is also great as the street is full of trees and the common spaces are clean. Overall a great value for money.

Great location, bright room with two big windows. The place and building is quite old, but the house has been renovated for the most part. Kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired though.

Everything was like in the photographs. I was lucky that all the people (except for one) in the apartment were very nice. The kitchen could be better equipped. In the bathroom, sometimes we had to wait to take shower after someone took it, otherwise the water would be cold. Despite this, everything was fine.

Fantastic location (close to the metro, supermarkets, food courts, shopping malls), great room with a nice window and wooden floor

I really like the place, the location was perfect near to metro station, malls, university, supermarkets. Common places was clean and organized. I completely recommend this place

The room is pretty nice since there is a lot of light and spacious. The only thing to consider about this room is that it is near to the stairs and main door so if you are a light sleeper then you could be woken up often due to the noise. Location was the best as you have the metro really close, buses, supermarkets and gym's in a walking distance. The apartment has a good balcony with plenty of light. However, the kitchen is really small and there is no communal area. Also as most of other portuguese apartments in winter it could get pretty cold and the floors are noisy. In general the apartment is ok :)

It was exactly like in the pictures. It is a quiet building, and the cleaning lady comes twice a week. What I didn’t like was that my room was very dark, even with the windown there was no sunlight coming into the room at all. Also, the common areas are very small and therefore it is almost impossible to sit all together. There is no living room. The balcony is quite nice as there is a lot of sunlight coming in.
