Dicht bij vele restaurants en koffie, evenals parken, zou dit een grote optie voor een student kunnen zijn. Plus u niet verre van Universidade Católica Portuguesa zal zijn. De flat kenmerkt vier koelt en tastefully verfraaide slaapkamers, een functionele, volledig klaar keuken waar u sommige van uw favoriete maaltijd en en mooie badkamers kunt eveneens koken twee. Mis deze kans niet!

I loved my room. I really did:spacious and comfortable with a huge window. The bathroom is ok and the kitchen is pretty small but is sufficient. Recommended!

The place is well located and the bedroom have room to stay confortable. The kitchen is quite small (specially if 2 people are there at the same time) so needs to be arranged to have only one person using it at the time to avoid being too tight. The laundry machine advertised was not a real laundry machine, it was a portable one where you put some water and simulate the centrifugation, then that same dirty water is manually dumped into the shower where you take a bath. There are many payable laundry services around the house but shouldn't be advertised as facility in the website or may mislead who is going to rent. The only available place to put the clothes was also inside the shower in the bathroom so it would take some more time and if someone take a shower during that time the clothes were there it would wet them again. I think the place is quite good to stay for a visit but it needs some change to be adapted to a long term stay where you need some more accomodation besides the room.

Very comfortable room in a nice apartment. Forniture in perfect condition and perfect location, as very well connected to the metro/train/bus service, in an area full of minimarkets, restaurants and stores. Quite safe even at night.
