In addition, to ensure a comfortable stay, we provide bed linen and towel sets. We also use an automated management system, which allows us to provide an efficient and uninterrupted service. IMPORTANT NOTES: All expenses water, electricity, Wi-Fi and gas are included in the price of the monthly rent. The landlord provides a weekly cleaning service, weekly cleaning is mandatory on all floors. Tenants bear the cost of the 4 monthly cleanings. Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours and 40/ per month, this is divided by the number of tenants. Couples are not allowed in the rooms. CHECK IN HOURS: Mon - Friday 10:30am - 18:00pm We DO NOT check in on weekends, if necessary, it will have an extra cost of 50 and is subject to the availability of the staff. The deposit will be given back a month after checkout, subtracting the price of the final cleaning 40.
