Gelieve te merken op dat de ideale huurder tussen 18 en 25 jaar oud de leeftijd van andere huurders moet aanpassen. Flat op een dwarsstraat van Corso Buenos aires boven Lima metro einde. Een volledig uitgeruste keuken en 2 grote badkamerss met vensters. Het verwarmen, water, elektriciteit, kokend inbegrepen gas, geen verrassingen. De ruimten allen worden tastefully geleverd. Het gebied is met alle faciliteiten allerlei winkels, restaurants, supermarkten, bakkerijen wordt uitgerust, gyms, kunt u alles in Corso Buenos aires vinden dat. Dichtbij zijn de spoorwegverbindingen Porta Venezia en Repubblica. Fantastische plaats die ook dichtbij de Centrale Post wordt gevestigd. Een paar stappen aan Politecnico Di Milaan, 6 ondergrondse einden aan de Katholieke Universiteit. Met metro en de lichte trein kunt u overal in notulen aankomen. Ook zeer dicht zijn de reusachtige tuinen van Indro Montanelli, ideaal voor een gang of het aanstoten van wanneer u wilt. dubbel met maat bed, inbegrepen alles. Buitenlandse slechts studenten, niet roken, gevoelig voor de behoeften van andere ingezetenen.

The room was very good, nice location close to the Centrale and to campus. The best was the landlord that was very kind and helpful. I strongly recommend this place

Landlord was so kind that she told me a lot of helpful things for me. When my luggage sent from my country was lost by post office, she called post office more than 5 times and asked what happened to my luggage in Italian for me. She helped my life sincerely, so I could enjoy my stay!!

The landlady was very nice, helpful and accommodating. The house is only a few steps away from grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries which was convenient. The area is very well connected; tram stop, Centrale station, metro stations serving red, green and yellow lines are just around the corner.

Perfect place with great location. Spacious rooms and wonderful interior. The best part of my stay was the land lady, she is so kind and helpful. Had also great flatmates that made the quarantine time so funny and cheerful. If you're still looking for a room then this is the one.

The place is really nice, its really near yo stacione centrale, caiazzo, and Lima. Also have some markets really near to the place. The landlord is amazing! She is tremendously helpful and extremely friendly! If you need help with anything, she is willing to help! Rooms are great and are good value for money (especially for Milan), as bills are included (including a weekly visit of a cleaner who cleans the common rooms). The location is rather nice as it is close to the metro lines M1 & M2, plus the central station is really close by (<5 minutes on foot), so it is easy to go on trips to other Italian cities!

Wonderful roommates and land lord made my exchange really easy and nice. House is clean rooms are spacious. Apartment is well located. It is near to many public transportation. Central station is 200 meters from the house and there you can take metro1 or train. Tram goes 30 meters from the door and Metro 2 goes 200 meters from the house. Also buses go nearby. There is 2 grocery stores in 100 meter distance and 2 bigger ones in 500m distance. One of the best gelaterias is located near to the house and that is a big plus for ice cream fanatics. Hope you decide this location because it fits for everyone.

I absolutely loved the apartment. It had a unique style since the landlord decorated it on her own. It is very close to the red and green line so the Universita Cattolica is easy to reach. A very nice amenity is the maid that shows up every week and cleans the common area.

The rooms are very spacious and the apartment has a very nice eclectic feel to it. The location is wonderful, with a tram stop on the next street and the metro very close by.

The rooms are very large so there is no problem with space. The beds are big and comfortable. There is a cleaner who comes every week to clean the common areas so the place is always clean. The kitchen has everything you need (pots, pans and plates etc) so there is no need to waste space bringing your own stuff. The location is 5 mins away from Centrale station which is a link to pretty much everywhere is Milan. The flat is surrounded by all kinds of shops, such as an Asian store, bakeries etc. A big supermarket is also very close. This is the best apartment.

The apartment is in a really great location near three out of the four main metro lines as well as a lot of buses and the rooms are very spacious just like in the photos.

The room and the common areas provide all the things you need for your stay abroad. Room is equipped with the furniture you need and the balcony is a nice extra during warm summer days. The common kitchen has all the resources for cooking and you can eat together if you want at the counter. Having two bathrooms for four people is a nice luxury, especially when they are cleaned every week. Location wise the apartment strikes a good balance between being close to university (Politecnico campus Leonardo) and the city centre. During weekends you can walk to Buenos Aires in 5 minutes, take a run in park Montanelli or be at Duomo in 15 minutes with the metro. During weekdays you are at the campus with just 2 metro stops and a short walk. Going abroad is not just about studying, but also exploring the city and the location of your apartment is a good start then. The price maybe a little above average, but the quality of the apartment, the location of it and the approachable and kind landlady make it definitely worth it. If you need a room in Milan, look no further.

The location is great, the central station is visible from the balcony and only a few minutes walk. In the other direction is the shopping street Corso Buenos Aires which goes all the way to the centrum of Milan and the Duomo. The apartment is great and sharing the common areas is easy as you only share the bathroom with one other person. There are also multiple stores nearby, one small just across the street and big ones just five minutes away. I must say however that the best thing about the place is the landlords.

The appartement is big and very pleasant to live in. There is a kitchen with full equipement and you just have to cross the street to buy what you need. Concerning the location, it is really close to Centrale station from which you can join any part of the city with the subway or even simply by walk, and also Corsso Buenos Aires.

La gestione ed il rispetto per gli altri nelle aree comuni, da parte dei coinquilini, risulta carente, questo anche in virtù di un regolamento di convivenza molto superficiale e dell'indifferenza verso la corretta suddivisione della spazzatura al fine di svolgere la raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.

My room and the other rooms are really big and well equipped with large beds, wardrobes and other essentials. The hallway is elegant as well as the kitchen that has a lot of pots and pans and a large gas furnace for good cooking. Also the balcony is nice as it is towards the south so with a lot of sun. The 2 bathrooms are nice and clean as well since the cleaning lady comes every week to clean the common areas. Finally fibre-optic internet is available, nice and fast. The location is really superb, <5 min from three metro-stations and 3 minutes to the central station where also all airport buses stop. Everything you need can be found within walking distance of the house and even Duomo is quite close.

The properties location is wonderful within walking distance of Centrale and Caiazzo metro station. In addition to being near various bus lines and biking sharing facilities. Furthermore, the property is within walking distance of coros buenos aires making shopping easily accessible. Moreover, the room was very spacious and fully furnished. In summary I can highly recommend the apartment.
