I spent 10 months in this apartment and I had a really good experience. It has a perfect location, 1 min to the metro station and is surrounded with shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. The house is modern and has all needed amenities. The landlord was responsive and provided help whenever needed.

Everything was perfect. The room is comfortable, quiet and spacious. The house is almost new and the common spaces are well equipped. Also Luiz and Isa are really easy to contact and always kind. I really enjoyed my stay here and i am gonna miss it, because It felt like home.

The apartment was a big part of why my stay in Lisbon was so enjoyable. Very good location in a nice neighbourhood, next to a park and the green and red metro lines. Contact with the landlord was always uncomplicated and easy.

Great apartment with a very location, less than 100 meters from the metro station, and several supermarkets. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equiped and in good condition. Last but not least, the landlord was extremely helpful and was always available.

I would highly recommend this place for everybody that wants to stay in a super location, it’s just 4 ou five steps from Alameda metro where you can get easily to anyway you wish to go in Lisbon. The room is very spacious and comfortable, also the landlord is accessibl to provide anything you need

Really enjoyed my stay in this appartment. Great location quite calm and has all you need around you plus the red and green line of metro really close! Plus the landlord is available and the communication was always spot on. Highly recommend!

The apartment is situated in a really good zone: the subway station (green and red line), it's very close to the apartment. The furnitures are new and in good conditions. The dishwasher, the washing machine and the microwave are included in the house. I really enjoyed my stay here!

La habitación y las zonas comunes son muy amplias y en muy buen estado (completamente reformado), el apartamento esta bien situado y muy cerca de transportes publicos, parques y supermercados,, el trato con el propietario es excelente, muy recomendado

The appartement is very well located, very close to the subway ( 50m ) to the super market (100m) vegetable market also (100m). All the commerce are present around the area of Alameda. You can do everything by walk. However, if you want to go in the center of Lisbon, you have to take the subway, you need only 10 minutes to go there. Then the apartment was clean with all the stuff for the daily lives, we were the first one to live inside (sept 2018). It was the same thing with the bedroom, clean and spacing. The bedroom is close to the street, so you can heard the noise sometimes. The ad is true to reality. To conclude it was a pleasure to live in Lisbon, the apartment was a part of this feelings.
