Spectaculair huis in Havana van de binnenstad, waar uw comfort zal worden gewaarborgd. Wij hebben de beste voedseldienst en de wasserij. Ons doel is dat u volledig pleased voelt. De plaats is perfecte, korte gang van belangrijkste aantrekkelijkheden, enkel twee blokken van mooie Malecon, dicht bij verscheidene goede restaurants, een minieme gang 15 aan Oud Havana. Onze ruimten zijn zeer ruim, schoon en comfortabel met een privé badkamers. Elke ruimtetelling met airconditioner, minibar, veiligheidsdoos, de droogkap, het ijzer, de televisie en twee van onze ruimten hebben privé keuken waar u prep uw eigen maaltijd kunt. Wij bieden ook de verschillende diensten als aanpassing aan en taxis aan andere steden, reisgids, kunnen wij u ook helpen om reserves met de betere excursies te maken, restaurants en tonen in de stad. Wij spreken het Engels en het Spaans en u kunt loon ons of in de dollar van de V.S. of Euro munt. Wij zijn bij de uw dienst 24 uren. Before I write a review I’d like to give some general information that may prove useful when visiting Cuba. If your a light sleeper then earplugs- ear defenders are a must as rooms may contain small refrigerators. windows and doors may be of a ventilating-Venetian blind system so street noise may be intrusive. Bottled water can prove difficult to obtain on the street so we found it easier to purchase it from our casas or from bars/restaurants. All of our Homestay hosts proved to be a fantastic source of information on restaurants/ bars excursions -taxis etc. I hope you find this general information useful. My wife and I had the great pleasure of staying at the Isabella Casa In January this year 2020. We stayed on two different occasions in both houses ( almost opposite each other ) Both houses/ rooms are simply decorated but super clean and comfortable. We had breakfast at the Casa ( an extra 5 CUC per person ) but it was fresh and more than plentiful in our opinion and worth every penny. The houses are located a short 10-15 min walk to the heart of La Havana and a 2 min walk to the Malacon- seafront. Although I speak reasonable Spanish, Sergio our host spoke very good English, Although other member of the family and staff did speak English wife had no issues communicating with them. All of the family and staff were supper friendly and made our stay very very easy. My wife and I would be more than happy to recommend staying at Isabella Casa . Ken and Keiko.

We were a group of 8 persons, and will really recommend Casa Isabella. Very nice and clean rooms, and the whole staff was really helpful with transport and good advice for our stay. Everyone was really satisfied, and the staff just wonderful people

We had a very pleasant stay in a lively neighbourhood of Centro Havana (in our opinion the city`s most interesting district). We booked room no. 5, which has a balcony. Watching the street fill with life in the morning was really entertaining. Moreover, the staff in Isabella's Casa was very polite, smiley and helpful. The only tiny thing to complain about would be the mattress which was a bit creaky. But that didn't harm at all this enjoyable stay!

We loved our stay at Isabella Casa so much. The Hosts and Staff are all friendly,helpful and professional people. The rooms are to a high standard, spacious and very clean with room service and clean towels provided without request. The cleaner is a beautiful lady always smiling and working hard to maintain the high standards of the Casa. The rooms contain good quality air conditioning and room safes. Sergio speaks English also and is on hand offering General Havana City Advice, Resturant suggestions, onward Travel and similar he would frequently check with us everything was ok. Any of the staff can and are more than willing to help with anything similar too if Sergio is out. Located only a 10 minute walk to the main Capitolio Building in the centre and less than a 5 minute walk to the Malecon Sea front and resturants. Breakfast was very good, large with Coffee, Eggs, Toast, Fruit and Much More..:) Would recommend them to everyone.

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit chez Isabella après 9 jours de voyage dans l'ouest cubain. Accueil agréable, une casa tout à fait convenable, propre , quartier du Vedado , à 10mn à pieds de Havana Viejo. Attention en réservant : les chambres chez Isabella sont aveugles, sans fenêtres. Isabella propose une "chambre avec fenêtre" plus chère (chambre 4) en fait c'est un petit appartement avec cuisine en face de chez elle... et en fait la chambre est aussi sans fenêtre ! .

We were speechless. Simply overwhelmed by the hospitality and the joy of life, broadcast by our hosts Diana, Isabella and Maria. These beautiful ladies have really taken our idea of ??life in Cuba to another level. Literally everything we asked for was immediately fulfilled. Were the recommendations for restaurants and places of interest in Havana, or reservations for places in Buena Vista Cocial Club, as well as in Tropicana, to order a taxi, or tools for small repairs, or even travel guides, even in two languages ??that Havana called "yours" City "- everything was done with a smile and an open heart. Our apartment was exactly as described, very clean and well maintained. Our breakfast was always served with a smile and always with some new words in Spanish for us. Isabella as shef of the house was always there for us, the charming Diana always has a super sweet smile and a new explanation for us, Maria cooked great ... We can recommend these hosts wholeheartedly. We would love to come again. And we are very sorry - we have not taken any photos with our hosts, but they will remain in our memory and our hearts forever. All the best for you Isabella, Diana and Maria !!! Thanks a lot! Eran las recomendaciones para restaurantes y lugares de interés en La Habana, o reservas para lugares en Buena Vista Cocial Club, así como en Tropicana, para pedir un taxi, o herramientas para pequeñas reparaciones, o incluso guías de viaje, incluso en dos idiomas que La Habana llamó "tuyo" Ciudad "- todo se hizo con una sonrisa y un corazón abierto. Nuestro apartamento era exactamente como se describe, muy limpio y bien mantenido. Nuestro desayuno siempre fue servido con una sonrisa y siempre con algunas palabras nuevas en español para nosotros. Isabella como shef de la casa siempre estuvo allí para nosotros, la encantadora Diana siempre tiene una sonrisa súper linda y una nueva explicación para nosotros, Maria cocinó genial ... Podemos recomendar a estos anfitriones de todo corazón. Nos encantaría volver de nuevo. Y una cosa que lamentamos mucho: no hemos tomado ninguna foto con nuestros anfitriones, pero permanecerán en nuestra memoria y en nuestros corazones para siempre. Great house, 10-15 min from Capitolio. Very nice and helpfull hosts: Sergio, his wife and other staff. Clean and renovated rooms. The best breakfast in Cuba.

Très bon accueil. Sergio, Isabel et Diana sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil. La casa est proche de la vieille Havane et de la mer. Tout se fait à pied. L’appartement que nous avons occupé était spacieux pour deux personnes, avec balcon donnant sur la rue. Le quartier est tranquille et sécuritaire la nuit. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
