Wij leven in een zeer schone, vriendschappelijke en veilige buurt in Noord-Vancouver dicht bij de Berg van het Hoen en ander skitoevlucht, het lopen slepen, biking routes, Park van de Brug Capilano, van de Canion Lynn en brug, enz. tezelfdertijd ongeveer 10 minuten vanaf Vancouver van de binnenstad door auto en ongeveer 30 minuten door bus. Er zijn 2 bushaltes aan Vancouver van de binnenstad enkel buiten het huis. Het parkeren is op de straat buiten het huis en ook het parkeren in oprijlaan voor 1 auto. Als een gast voor 7 dagen of meer toen wasserij (één keer in de week) blijft is verstrekte vrij. Als het gastverblijf een minder dan week toen is wordt de wasserij verstrekt bij een kleine last.

It was a lovely stay at Phil and Mehrshid 's home. They are so kind and friendly. And I'm grateful for joining the Christmas dinner. It was special memory! Although I haven't talked much, still felt warm and memorable. Thank you Phil and Mehrshid so much :)

It was an absolute pleasure staying at their place. Phil and Mehrshid are very kind, humble and amazing hosts. They treat their guests as a family member and never make you feel away from home. Went there as a guest but returned as a family. Thanks a lot Phil and Mehrshid for everything.!!

Phil is an excellent host and his house has the best conditions for a nice stay in North Vancouver, as well as having an excellent location for all people who like hiking and ecotourism like me. And even though I don't speak English very well, Phil went out of his way to make me feel great, and if I return to Vancouver in the future, I won't hesitate to stay at his place again.

My stay with Phil and Mehrshid was very enjoyable and comfortable. They are nice, understanding grounded, and travel/hosting-wise; willing to converse and offer advice on local travel, sightseeing, society and other subjects. They provided a nice upper floor bedroom in a beautiful home with a beautiful mountain view from windows. The location itself is scenic and close to nature with regular bus service linking quickly to transit hubs in North Vancouver (Lonsdale Quay) as well as Vancouver Central (Waterfront Station) and then one can go anywhere. Due to my busy sunrise to sunset travel plan, I had only few occasions to talk with them but those were pleasant and full of helpful information for which I sincerely thank them. I would recommend them to any traveler without hesitation.
