Hello iedereen, mijn naam is Maria en mijn huis wordt gevestigd in Queens Ridgewood, in een veilige en schone buurt slechts 3 korte blokken aan de (de Trein van M) lijn die u aan Manhattan in 25 minuten of minder neemt. De buurt is goed kent voor zijn eerste plaats met veel vele 24/7 opslag, Laundromats, Gymnastiek, Banken, Restaurants, Postkantoren, Bakkerijen, koffiewinkels, Supermarkten, Apotheken, en kledingswinkels. Er zijn om het even wat u voor uw gemak zult wensen. U zult een gedenkwaardig verblijf in de Stad van New York!!!!!!!!!!! hebben! - Een enkel herinnering; Als u als één enkele persoon maar anderzijds boekt komt u met veelvoudige gasten aan u uw verblijf zal worden ontkend en uw geld zal gedeeltelijk terugbetaald worden.

I had a very pleasant time at Maria Teresa's nice home in Ridgewood. Room was spacious, bathroom very clean. Interaction with Maria Teresa was wonderful. Ridgewood is a great neighbourhood. Stores and restaurants in walking distance. The Subway takes you to downtown Manhattan in less than half an hour. But I recommend to explore Brooklyn and Queens. Thank you very much, Maria Teresa!

Very loving person, a bit pernickety re cleanliness when there clearly was already much dust in the room. No real breakfast available but you won't find better value in New York, (Don't be fooled by $50 pick up from airport by her, Uber much cheaper.)

I stayed Teresa's house for 4 weeks and would like to tell you about the place step by step. Firstly, location is not bad. You can go to the nearest station in 5 minutes on foot. It takes about 25 minutes to Manhattan, 45 minutes to Times Square by train. So you can go to the center of NY about 50 minutes. However, on the weekend, M trains run only every 20 minutes and end at 9:45 pm. If you come to NY for sightseeing, you may be disappointed with a waste of time and inconvenience. Secondly, Room 1, where I stayed, is large and clean enough to be relaxing, but a negative point is a little bit far from bus room. At night, you have to walk through a dark corridor. Finally, host mother is friendly and caring, but sometimes it was hard for me to communicate with her. She is over 80 and not native English speaker, so from time to time, I cannot understand what she said and her unique pronunciation. Moreover, she is a little high-strung. If she finds out even a single hair you left unintentionally at bathroom, she will get angry and visit your room to scold. To sum up, Teresa's house is a good place for people who only think about "Lowest price to stay at single room in NY". To be honest, I definitely do not come back to the house anymore, but 45 dollar per night is extremely reasonable for Room 1. If you want to save money, I highly recommend you to stay Teresa's home.

Very nice family, very nice and tidy home. Only drawback for me was that we weren't allowed to use the kitchen, but that's a small problem with an understandable background. Very easy to find aswell as long as you are able to read the Metro Plan.

It was my first experience using this site, and first time to USA as well. After 30 days staying in Teresa’s house, I was a minor without my family or anyone from my country, but I felt that Teresa gave me good vibes while staying at her house, which was really a home away from home, I had a lot of fun. She cared a lot about me! I also had the opportunity of having a friend from Japan in Teresa’s house! the room was so clean, the bathroom and kitchen as well... the house was big and easy to move, you have your own space and privacy you’ll not get disturbed. And Teresa is so helpful with directions, subway information, weather... It was a pleasure for me staying in your home Teresa, thank you for accepting me as a guest, I’ll miss you a lot, and won’t forget all you advices! they're not native speakers , but although we had a communication, it was hard sometimes. but I appreciate everything you’ve done for me Won’t regret coming back! Ameen :)

Téresa est une personne des plus adorable que j'ai rencontrer une douceur et une gentillesse inimaginable . Très strict sur les règles de sa maison donc suivez les et tout ce passera bien. Si vous avez des questions elle vous renseignera avec plaisir . Le métro est à 10 minute maximum et ensuite vous êtes a 20mn de Manhattan environ. C'est une maison calme je me suis tellement bien reposer c'était vraiment sympa d'être la bas. Merci pour toute cette gentillesse Téresa ???? . Je reviendrais =)
