From BALMAIN it's only 15 min ferry or bus trip to Sydney's CBD, Circular Quay and Opera House. 5 min walk to bus or ferry and from there 10 min to CBD and Opera and 25 min to UTS. 3 min walk to a beautiful, huge waterfront park with Sydney Harbor Bridge and city views – great for exercising, jogging and relaxing! 5 min walk to lively and vibrant Darling Street with shopping center and heaps of cafes, pubs and restaurants. • Very private room for 1 person in a quality renovated Balmain home.
