Nice and clean Place, the Family is very friendly and helpful. Great view from the Balcony. The House is in good condition. The only disadvantage was the Traffic Noise. It takes 10 min. by taxi to old town.

We stayed here 4 days at the beginning of our Cuba trip and 2 at the end. The room was great, spacious and you can ventilate it without A/C. Breakfast was also great, but we mostly eat fruit, so this part was perfect, the rest we didn’t ask for, still they are willing to prepare whatever, we had scrambled eggs twice. Also the position of the aparment is great, near to the market, supermarkerk, ATM, a shop where you buy internet cards and also a couple of restaurants are just up the street. The last but not the least, Esteban and his wife are great, really make you feel at home and relaxed and he speaks good English which is not that common in Cuba. So I would stay here again for sure!

Big thank you again for Esteban and all familiy members who made our stay in havanna very nice! The room was very clean and comfortable also the private bathroom. A fridge with drinks, a safe and a aircondition (which is really necessary) were inside. We also enjoyed the breakfast, the coffee was so delicious! The Apartment is very close to oldtown, the malecon and the City Center, we've walked a lot but it was totally fine. We've got a key, so it was at every time possible to enter the Apartment. Esteban has driven us to the airport, so we hadn't any problems with grabing a taxi and pay to much money. I can really recomment this stay to every one and if I will come back onces to havanna, I would chose the same stay! muchas gracias!

This was the biggest and fanciest casa we stayed at in Cuba. It was also the only casa we stayed at that had wifi in the room. The room was huge and so was the bathroom. We had 3 single beds. The breakfast was not our favorite, however. We had a very late flight and the hosts let us come back in the evening after spending the day at the beach and shower before going to the airport. Thank you!

Super accueil, immeuble de bonne qualité, le quartier est très touristique avec ses restaurants (ne pas hésiter à prendre une glace à Coppelia glacier mythique ) ses boîte de jazz ( la zorra y el cuerbo ainsi que le Gato tuerto ). On peut être très rapidement à la vieille Havane, les taxis ne manquent pas. Esteban nous a proposé des excursions : plages visite historique hors des sentiers battus.... Gérard

Graciás a Esteban, Rubén y Sila por ubicarnos en su casa. My hijo y yo nos disfrutamos el rico desayuno, la limpia habitación con propio baño, la terraza con una vista magnífica de Habana y las conversaciones. Saludes de San Francisco, California.
