Questo terzo appartamento del pavimento è in una vecchia e costruzione calma in una zona residenziale. È esattamente a 1 chilometro dagli IST superiori di Instituto Técnico e quindi è molto conveniente per gli studenti di questa facoltà. L'appartamento offre quattro camere da letto, una cucina con accesso ad un balcone limitato, un salone e un bagno. Le stanze disponibili sono accoglienti ed hanno viste fuori la finestra. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'area vivente è perfetta per la socializzazione con i vostri amici.

Dario was a really nice landlord, you can easily communicate with him. Also, for that price it’s the perfect apartment that you can find!

The place is really homely and has everything basic a person needs in an apartment. The room has no outside window, so there is almost no daylight. However, that is the value you get for the money! The bed is big and the wardrobe has a lot of space. The couch is very comfortable and the kitchen has all the needed utensils. They are not the most modern ones but they do their job! The bathroom feels very new, comfortable and clean. The location is absolutely perfect. You have the supermarket Mini Preço just 20 meters away from the place. There are countless grocery shops, 1-euro and clothes shops in the main street and two big supermarkets (Continente and Pingo Doce) a 5-minute walk away. The public transport there is also amazing. The metro is near and several busses pass by. You can even take two different night buses to get home after a long night.

My room was exactly like the photos. The bed was okay for 1 person, the desk is big enough, the wardrobe was huge and with enough space for everything I had with me. It have a small balcony with big windows and the view is nice. At summer the temperature inside was okay for me but at winter you will need a heater probably because sometimes it is getting cold. The room is not in the apartment exactly. When you reach the floor you will enter directly in this room from 1 door and from another one - to the apartment and the common areas. It is nice if you want more private space but it is not so comfortable when you need to use the common areas. The common areas were good. Kitchen have all that you will need, bathroom is great, living room is small but functional. The neighbourhood is great and calm. There are a lot of markets and stores for the most necessary things. It is near the downtown (around 20-30 mins by walk). Really near to the apartment are 2 bus stops for few lines (one of the buses is . In 5 mins is a metro station Arroios (which is closed till 2019, so if you need the metro you'll have to walk to Alameda or Anjos - approximately 10 mins). There is a small park near Alameda which is very beautiful. In general I am very satisfied from my stay - the landlord is a very nice guy, my flatmates were awesome, the room was all that I needed and in my opinion the room rental cost was completely worth it! :)

My place was really cozy and comfortable. The big french window gives a lot of light in the morning and afternoon. The common area is also nice with a big TV and sofa. The place is perfectly located, having many shops and grocery stores nearby. The bus stops and metro stations are also within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

The location of the flat is great; The nearest grocery shop and cash machine are only 1 minute away from the house and all the other shops are at most only 10 minutes away. Metro stations are also only 10 minutes away and overall is the neighborhood really quite. From the stations, it takes only 15-20 minutes to get to the inner-city. The flat is exactly like it was listed in the description and possess a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The room was good with a big bed, a desk and a closet. The amount of rent is totally adequate to the flat and is also one of the cheaper ones for Lisbon. I was really happy about my place and would move in anytime!

The room has a nice balcony (great morning sun) and is spacious. The bed was comfortable, with clean linen and pillow. The location is great since is close from Morais Soares street, where there are lots of restaurants, supermarkets and bus lines. The room has an exclusive entrance and is separated from the rest of the apartment, though, which is a good thing if you want some more privacy, but you need to go through another door to access the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well-furnished. The biggest advantages of this apartment are very well equipped kitchen (there are not even essentials but also much more), bathroom (with comfortable shower cabin, which contains water jets, radio and relaxing colourful lights) and living-room with TV and lots of channels to watch! Location is very convenient- around 600m to the nearest metro station, around 100m to the nearest grocery store, around 200m to post office and cash machine. The rental cost is absolutely adequate to the quality!

The pictures do not accurately show the room. It is bigger than what you see in the pictures but it is still small in that the bed takes up three sides of the room. It doesn't really have a window. It is a block of thick, frosted glass that doesn't open. The bedroom shares this wall with the bathroom. Due to this and lack of direct sunlight, there was mildew growth and water seepage/damage on the walls. This could be bad for health. I notified the landlord but he did not take any action. The room opens into the common area where the other tenants would constantly smoke and watch TV. While the apartment and area is generally quite quiet, the door does not provide any sound insulation. The common area is fairly adequate. The kitchen is well stocked with gadgets, utensils and equipment. The bathroom is modern and functional. It's big window faces the apartment well with lots of sunlight. The shower cubicle is definitely a highlight of the place, wuth its jets, lights and radio. The other tenants are long time residents of the flat. They are helpful and also speak fairly decent Portuguese. However, they can also get bossy and rigid with bathroom timings, TV and kitchen usage and constant smoking in the common room. On the bright side, they ensure everyone sticks to a cleaning routine which means the house is always immaculate. This is a blessing. The location is another great feature of the apartment. It is a few meters away from a couple of bus stops and different chain supermarkets and butcher shops, money transfer, ATM/bank, apparel shops etc. The Arroios metro station is 600m uphill but currently closed for long term renovation. You can walk down to Anjos or up to Alameda stations but that would be about 15 minutes each. Overall, I would recommend this room only if you are in a pinch and are visiting for a short duration.
