The house is located near the Grande Raccordo Anulare, the military town Cecchignola, the EUR district Nuvola di Fuksas, Palalottomatica, Luneur, the Ifo hospital, the Campus Bio-Medico University of Rome, the airports of Ciampino and Fiumicino. It is convenient and comfortable for the relatives of the patients at the Campus Biomedico Hospital or for those who need several days' tests or treatments. Nice apartment of over 40 square meters, is located on the seventh floor of an elegant and modern building, with a lift. Comfortable and bright, it can accommodate up to 2 people. The apartment consists of a beautiful and comfortable living area with a relaxation corner and a queen sofa bed, a nice bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, an open kitchen and a modern and functional bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery and glasses. Comfortable terrace, overlooking the agro pontino and the EUR, equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air. In the apartment there are also air conditioning 2 splits - in the double bedroom and in the living area, WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
