I was very lucky to find such a nice place to stay for 5 months in Rome. The overall experience was great. The owner is super nice and always eager to help. There's a big supermarket very near the place, which is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

I was living with my friend in this room for 6 months and the experience was perfect. The landlord was always very nice and helpful. We’ve never had any problems there. The place is comfy, clean and full of light with a full equipment that we needed. The location is also great - San Giovanni is a beautiful, safe and quiet zone with a lot of shops, bus and tram stations and the apartment is near to the metro station (10-15 minutes by walk). Definitely worth choosing!

The apartment and the room are the same as in the photographs. It's a very clean apartment, very well connected with the center of Rome and the urban transports. You can arrive to the Colosseo just walking 10 minutes. The building and the apartment are very quiet.

After living in this flat for 5 months I can say that I really recommend it! The overall experience was absolutely amazing. First of all, the apartment itself is very nice, bright and pleasant. Everything is clean and arranged in a very functional way. It looks exactly the way it looks in the video! The room is big enough for 2 people to live comfortably - 2 desks, 2 wardrobes.. Really loved the bathroom, it was very convenient, too - lots of separate shelves for each person etc, so it was really easy to organize stuff. Also the kitchen is very well-arranged for cooking there., lots of cutlery, pans, bowls, pots. Also - the location is amazing! Getting to Colosseum takes a 10-minute walk, there is not that much noise from the streets because the windows are on the side of backyard, not the street, the apartment is exactly between both metro lines (10 minutes walk to line A, 15 minutes walk to line B), plus there is a nice coffee bar downstairs right on the opposite building. Overall I can say that my choice to rent this apartment is an important part of my overall amazing experience in Rome!
