Se vais estar na cidade durante os próximos meses para estudares, então tens de ver este espectacular apartamento localizado na zona de Sete Rios, perto da Universidade de Lisboa ULISBOA e do Jardim Zoológico de Lisboa! O apartamento dispõe de seis acolhedores e bem mobilados quartos - um dos quais tem uma casa de banho privativa -, uma cozinha totalmente equipada onde poderás cozinhar as tuas refeições diárias e duas casas de banho partilhadas. Vais estar a viver numa zona cool da cidade, perto de muitas lojas, cafés e restaurantes, bem como de belas áreas verdes. De que é que estás à espera?

Overall, I have very positive impressions after living in the place for 5 months. It is the good place to live if quietness is the priority. The place is situated close to the subway station, so it is easy to get to almost any district in Lisbon, and at the same time quite far from the center, so it is a rather calm district. Things I liked: The room is quite nice, spacious and bright; It is very close to Jardim Zoologico metro station; The landlord was very helpful and in the majority of cases approachable. We were able to easily solve all the issues we had; There were not that many people living in the flat. Things I was not very happy about: The place is a bit far from the city center; The windows were looking on the street and the zoo, so sometimes it was noisy at night; There were no common room.

It was a good place to live in until late November, because then nights became pretty cold and absence of central heating made it unbearable to be in the room: it was literally freezing, mini-heater did not help us, we survived with all our clothes on. But the rest was really good - read below. As for the location, it is pretty good: very close to metro, many buses (it takes 10 minutes to NOVA SBE for instance), from the balcony one will see the Lisbon zoo (expect some night noise and smells, but they are neither irritating nor critical). It is also not that far from Praca de Espanha which is the buses' departure point to Costa da Caparica (one of the best surfing places near Lisbon). The apartments are refurbished and equipped with new furniture & technic. Everything is in very good condition. Cleanliness is maintained thanks to cleaning Lady who comes couple times per week and washes floors, dishes, surfaces in toilets and kitchen. As for your own rooms, you need to clean it yourself. All in all, it was a great place and time until winter times. If only a heating system existed in the house, it would be ideal for living.

The apartment seems recently renewed. My room was exactly as I expected, plus it was really nice having the view to the zoo. The bathrooms are very clean and bright. Plus the landlord is very accommodating and nice.

I loved this apartment! The room was quite large with very high ceilings, and lots of natural light - only thing to note is the apartment does not have heating/ air conditioning so a space heater and/or fan are a must purchase to help with the temperature! The kitchen was fully stocked with high end appliances and everything you could need for cooking, also was cleaned weekly along with the bathrooms. Was a one minute walk to the metro, with a bus stop right outside the front door. A little outside from the downtown of lisbon but in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and easy transportation access. Overall a great place to spend your erasmus!

I loved how modern the place was and the fact it has a private bathroom. Very comfortable and the location was great. The only downside I found in this room was the fact that I didn't have a window to the outside, only for a small room inside the house which impacted the light and air coming in from outside. Still, I found this room extremely good.
