Perto da Avenida Almirante Reis, e também do Saldanha uma das avenidas mais famosas da cidade, que tem muito comércio, o apartamento está próximo das ligações de transportes - como a estação de metro de Anjos ou Picoas -, bem como muitas lojas, supermercados e restaurantes. O próprio apartamento oferece quartos arejados e confortáveis que apresentam uma decoração moderna, uma sensação de boas-vindas e igualmente importante, uma atmosfera pacífica. Além disso, o apartamento não está longe da Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa e do Instituto Superior Técnico! O seu novo alojamento compreende nove quartos, uma cozinha, dois banheiros e um WC. Para sua segurança, as areas comuns estão equipadas com um circuito fechado de video vigilância.

The only good thing about this place is the location: 5 minutes away on foot from the metro. The apartment itself is small and not suitable for 9 people. There is not even a table to host all of the guests. Moreover, there is no heating and the humidity is incredible. There are cameras always on!

the room was very nice with an all new furnish, the location is very good and the apartment count it with all the necessary amenities. the only thing it´s worth mention is that the apartment is on th 4th floor without an elevator, but in Lisbon 90% of buildings don´t have elevators.

The room is small but I was expecting that, it will cost you 12,5e per night if you want to host somebody. The location is amazing, quiet place between two (even three) metro lines, nice coffees and restaurants downstairs, mini shops nearby and bigger shops not that far, I really enjoyed the place. SPOILER ALERT: IT IS NOT MENTIONED BUT THERE ARE CAMERAS IN THE COMMON AREAS (it is not a joke). Common areas are bad, actually you don't have a proper common area for 9 people. It feels like the landlord sees us like animals, there is no space for the 9 renters to have a proper lunch together, living room would be great. Kitchen is small, impossible cooking if 3 persons are actually cooking. Balcony is ok to have a smoke and chill. Value for money really bad, I was paying the same amount than a flatmate with a 2,5x bigger room, double bed etc... I know accommodation is expansive in Lisbon and that's a main problem but I'm sure you can find cheaper and better as I found. Overall experience was great thanks to flatmates that I met, flat was bad, could have find better.

The smell was quite bad in the building. Also in the room, since there's no aeration. Also, no actual window – the pictures on the listing suggests that there is a window but it's actually giving in the next room. For 320€/month it has a really bad value for money. I'd really discourage anyone to book this place.

Really good situated, had really super nice room mates and there was an excellent atmosphere. The appartment was held very clean and the other residents were really respectfull towards eatch other. I had an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend it! Only negative feature for the room was the lack of light, despite the window, but it was really peacefully at night. What I maybe missed in the appartment was a common area (f.ex. living room), an oven to cook and the lack of central heating (Especially in comparison to my home country Belgium, I had quite cold in Lisbon during winter months).
