The flat is amazing! my room was perfect, the living room is big, where you can spend good time with other flatmates. Bathrooms good equiped. Has a big terrace with a beautiful view and the location is perfect because downtown is really close and also you have everything at Marquês.

Look at the pictures of the kitchen-living room: I've seen a lot of houses of my friends during my Erasmus period and I swear, I had never found a living room like that. It's amazing. And what is even more amazing is the terrace; I don't think it's so clear from the picture but it's quite big (me and my flatemates used to organise very often barbecue with friends there...and there was space sitting for more than 15 people!!), and above all the view...the view from that terrace is really wonderful! I really have to say-and I'm not the only one-the price due for that house is almost ridicolous!

My stay here was perfect. The location is great, quite close to the subway station, markets, shops, coffee shops, and also pretty close to the center. Two bathrooms and a big living room, perfect for socializing with your flatmates, big terrace, perfect for enjoying a sunset.

This house is perfect. house’s condition and toilet etc everything. And the landlord is the best. he always kind and well comunication with us. The location is also good. near centro!! I’m really high recommend this house. Don’t hesitate:)

The place has an amazing common area serving as a living room. It is perfect for meeting friends or having nice evenings with the flatmates. Further, during the summer, the terrace is very impressive. It is very big and offers a nice view over the city. The room itself was okay - nothing special, but since the living room was so big there was no need for a big personal room. Overall I would definitely recommend this apartment!

the flat is well equipped, you have everything you need there. Rooms are clean, well kept and comfortable, the living room and the terrace are just amazing, perfect for erasmus students and flatmates to spend time. The location is quite comfortable, you can reach everything by walking, it takes 15 mins to get to the downtown and that is very good for the nightlife, as the streets are safe and calm.
