Viviamo in una vicinanza molto pulita, amichevole e sicura a Vancouver del nord vicino alla montagna di urogallo ed altre tracce di camminata, delle stazioni sciistiche, itinerari di ciclismo, ponte di Capilano, parco e ponte del canyon di Lynn, ecc. allo stesso tempo circa 10 minuti a partire da Vancouver del centro in macchina e circa 30 minuti in bus. Ci sono 2 fermate dell'autobus a Vancouver del centro appena fuori della casa. Il parcheggio è sulla via fuori della casa ed anche sul parcheggio in strada privata per 1 automobile. Se un ospite resta per i 7 giorni o più poi lavanderie (una volta alla settimana) è fornito liberamente. Se il soggiorno dell'ospite è di meno che una lavanderia di settimana poi è fornita ad un piccolo fa pagare.

It was a lovely stay at Phil and Mehrshid 's home. They are so kind and friendly. And I'm grateful for joining the Christmas dinner. It was special memory! Although I haven't talked much, still felt warm and memorable. Thank you Phil and Mehrshid so much :)

It was an absolute pleasure staying at their place. Phil and Mehrshid are very kind, humble and amazing hosts. They treat their guests as a family member and never make you feel away from home. Went there as a guest but returned as a family. Thanks a lot Phil and Mehrshid for everything.!!

Hi Phil, I couldn't say a proper goodbye so here it is now - thanks for making me feel at home. Your sightseeing advice really helped me to get through the 2 days in Vancouver, and so did your umbrella! Your place is a lovely nest and I'll see you again during my next Vancouver visit.

Phil is an excellent host and his house has the best conditions for a nice stay in North Vancouver, as well as having an excellent location for all people who like hiking and ecotourism like me. And even though I don't speak English very well, Phil went out of his way to make me feel great, and if I return to Vancouver in the future, I won't hesitate to stay at his place again.

My stay with Phil and Mehrshid was very enjoyable and comfortable. They are nice, understanding grounded, and travel/hosting-wise; willing to converse and offer advice on local travel, sightseeing, society and other subjects. They provided a nice upper floor bedroom in a beautiful home with a beautiful mountain view from windows. The location itself is scenic and close to nature with regular bus service linking quickly to transit hubs in North Vancouver (Lonsdale Quay) as well as Vancouver Central (Waterfront Station) and then one can go anywhere. Due to my busy sunrise to sunset travel plan, I had only few occasions to talk with them but those were pleasant and full of helpful information for which I sincerely thank them. I would recommend them to any traveler without hesitation.
