PRIMA COLAZIONE DI SELF SERVICE E PRANZO CUCINATO PRONTO INCLUSI NEL PREZZO CON WIFI E LE AMENITÀ. - Vivo in un sobborgo verde frondoso a Dublino del sud. La mia casa è messa in uno sviluppo pittoresco che trascura uno di tre parchi verdi adorabili. Ci sono due campi da tennis sullo sviluppo per l'uso dei residenti e degli ospiti. Godo di di fare il giardinaggio, film e leggere. Mia figlia (33) vive di distanza 2 ore ed è sposata e mi ha dato due piccoli grandi derivati deliziosi e un piccolo nipote. Mio figlio (31) recentemente è ritornato a partire da New York e da vite e lavora a Dublino. Fornisco la prima colazione di self service e del letto e un pranzo cucinato pronto ogni giorno. Non ci sono facilità di cottura per gli ospiti. WiFi e tutto fattura incluso nel prezzo citato. Posso accettare soltanto la gente che completamente è vaccinata. Noti prego - ho cambiato il mio nome da Brigid a Ava!

First, I would like to express my most sincere thanks to Ava. I was very well received and treated with great affection from the first moment. I also had the opportunity to live with two more guests, very nice girls. Ava is an excellent hostess, always making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. She respects our privacy but is always available to help. Ava takes care of the house, guest laundry and dinner. She cooks very well, and the dinners were always wonderful, all done with great care. She was very patient so that we could have pleasant conversations, which is not easy because my English is still quite amateur. I chose this option because the room looked comfortable, included breakfast, dinner and laundry and mainly because the house was very close to UCD. But I didn't expect my experience to be so good, it exceeded my expectations. Ava made being away from home not seem so difficult. So, I recommend this homestay 100% and I just don't give more hearts because the maximum is 5.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ava’s house and would definitely recommend it. She was a great host and she always took care of my laundry. Dinner was always delicious. She is totally caring and warm-hearted. Hope to see you again.

I really enjoyed my stay at Ava's home. Ava is an amazing woman and it is a pleasure to spend time with her. She knows how to make you feel at home. Her cooking is really good and the neighborhood is nice. I definitely recommend staying at her house!

Our stay at Ava's house was an excellent experience. The house is very comfortable, clean and cozy. In addition, Ava is a great woman, she welcomed us fantastically, we did not speak a bit of English and she had incredible patience to make our stay enjoyable. Her delicious meals and her perfect attention. If you need a place to stay in a beautiful place, surrounded by green areas and with excellent connectivity, we blindly recommend her house.

Ava is an amazing person and I would definitely recommend staying at her house! She will do everything to make you feel at home :) the rooms are cozy, the house is welcoming, and the neighbourhood is safe. I would have stayed for the whole year if only there was availability!

I enjoyed the stay at Ava's beautiful home very much and would absolutely recommend it. Ava was a wonderful host and made me feel welcome from the first day on. The bedroom and the house in general were very nice and clean and had everything I needed. I enjoyed the calm neighbourhood but could also visit the city centre at all times due to the proximity to several bus stations. But the best part of the stay were all the nice people I met, including, of course, Ava. Thank you, Ava, for the great stay and see you again soon!
