Appartamento con quattro stanze completamente esteriori da cui potete visitare a piedi tutta l'vecchia Avana. Â B recentemente rinnovata & B situate nel cuore di vecchia Avana, meno di 150 metri dalla cattedrale di Avana. Le stanze hanno il nuovo condizionamento d'aria, il bagno privato, il fon e minibar. Le stanze hanno grandi finestre al experior di due delle vie principali di vecchia Avana (vie Tejadillo e Habana). Il territorio comunale è composto di cucina completamente attrezzata che può essere usata con libertà totale, salone con la grande tavola e TV e un grande balcone che circonda la casa. Se avete bisogno di qualunque servizi extra quali la lavanderia, il taxi, le escursioni o le informazioni su cui fare o su dove andare, qualunque membro della famiglia proverete ad aiutare. La casa ha quattro camere da letto, in modo da divide il salone e la cucina. Â e naturalmente, accesso al gioiello della nostra casa, il nostro balcone di 28 metri che completamente circonda la nostra casa.

Nous ne sommes pas allés chez Ana Maria car elle nous a envoyés(par mail,seulement quelques jours avant notre arrivée), sans réelle explication dans un autre logement ,et n'est pas venue nous voir,ce que nous aurions apprécié; elle a dû louer à d'autres personnes,alors que nous avions réservé en octobre

First of all: it turned out we stayed in the casa of Ana Maria’s aunt Theresa, as Ana Maria herself lives in Spain! The casa was at a great location, close to Obispo, the room was spacious and the breakfast was wealthy. The bathroom however was not great, with only a small stray of water from a shower head you have to hold for yourself.

Très bon accueil - Gladys nous a accueilli les bras ouverts. Casa très bien situé proche du musée de la révolution et le cathédrale. Bon petit déjeuner et aide pour réserver des taxis "américains".

I definitely can't recommend staying here. First of all it's not an actual homestay. The family doesn't live here, they only take turns sleeping in one of the rooms or task an employee to stay in the house. A real disappointment since we were looking forward to experiencing Cuban culture and talking with the locals. The hospitality is not very good. We arrived very late because the airline lost our luggage and we had to stay at the airport for hours. I was thinking that at least when we get to our homestay we will have a nice greeting and help. Every other homestay in Cuba greated us with fresh juice and an explanation of the house and services and sights. Not here. I asked the guy if there was somewhere I could buy water or food since we missed dinner waiting at to airport. He said it was too late so probably everything was closed. After walking around the city in the middle of the night for over an hour I returned. He was just playing on his phone (as usual), and I saw a water dispenser in the kitchen. I asked him if I could have some water and he said yes. It would have been nice if he offered that water when we arrived. I also noticed a pot of rice on the stove that stayed out all night. Again, a hospitable home would have offered that, a simple gesture, knowing we hadn't been able to eat and had no luggage. The rooms also weren't as nice as the pictures. I didn't even receive the room I booked. On a positive note, it was very clean and had nice breakfasts. Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I definitely recommend you keep looking.
