La mia casa è situata a Incheon, ma è una passeggiata di 10 minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana a Seoul e c'è una fermata dell'autobus davanti alla mia casa, in modo da è facile da muoversi verso altri posti. Ci sono varie facilità intorno all'appartamento, particolarmente il fiume e le montagne della convenienza all'interno dei 10 - alla passeggiata minuta 20, rendentegli un buon posto per prendere una passeggiata o un aumento. Anche se non è del centro, è una zona residenziale calma, in modo da è un buon posto da riposare sicuro e confortevolmente. Non forniamo la prima colazione, ma abbiamo il cereale e bevande di base, potete mangiarli gratis e cuciniamo spesso i piatti coreani perché gradiamo cucinare, in modo da possiamo mangiarli insieme, se volete. Offriamo le stanze private in primo luogo, ma se volete, possiamo a volte avere un pasto insieme e guardare insieme intorno a Seoul o alla vicinanza.

Lee and his wife Choo were such great hosts. Prior to my arrival, the communication between us was very easy and reassuring. Lee was open to any questions before my flight. They made me feel very welcomed from the moment I arrived in South Korea, meeting me at the nearest train station to their home. It was approaching midnight by the time I got to my final destination. Also, they very kindly helped me with my suitcase. Thankfully, it was not too long a walk to their apartment around 10 – 15 minutes. Once we got to their apartment they gave me a quick tour. They have a very lovely home. It is very clean and organised. I had a good-sized bedroom, which included a fan. Despite it being September, the temperatures were still in the 30°Cs region. In addition, I had my own bathroom and balcony. Lee and Choo are both busy working professionals, so their free time is limited. Nonetheless, they offered advice on places to visit and were happy to answer any questions that I had, and on the odd occasion, we went out together. For example, on one weekend, we spent the day out in Seoul. We visited Namdaemun market, Namsam park and the Ahn Jung-geun Memorial Museum. We did a lot of walking (while in South Korea be prepared to do a lot of walking). We also had an absolutely delicious meal called Cheese Jjimdak. Afterwards, we went on the hunt for dessert. En route, we came across a small art exhibition held in an equally small and quaint Korean house. It really was very charming. Not long after, we stumbled upon our dessert spot. It really was worth the wait. We had the mango snowflake, which I coupled with a mango bubble tea both of which were absolutely glorious. We just chatted, laughed, and I shared what little Korean I had learnt so far. There were lots of opportunities to constantly try different types of Korean food, not just when I was out and about, but also whilst in their home. Choo is an excellent and enthusiastic cook. I was able to sample some of her dishes such as Kimchi, a Korean potato dish and Kimchi pancakes. All in all, I had such a wonderful time. I was able to immerse myself in the culture, traditions, language, and way of life in South Korea. They really are a very generous and warm couple. They feel like my new family abroad. I truly hope to see them again in the near future. I would highly recommend booking a stay with Lee and Choo.

Ils sont adorables. Très hospitaliers. Leur appartement est vaste et très accueillant. La salle de bain privative est un atout aussi. Située proche de l'aéroport, c'est une étape tranquille et très utile... Que vous veniez ou partiez, après ou avant un voyage aller où retour, ce homestay est parfait. J'y reviendrai... Merci très fort Sanggu et Tchu. Je vous embrasse très fort
