La nostra casa è nella piccola città di Remedios a trecento metri dal quadrato principale, la mia moglie ed I ed nostro figlio, noi ha due stanze per l'affitto con tutta la comodità necessaria, un giardino dei there con più di settanta piante e un terrazzo con una vista piacevole sopra la città, noi parla inglese fluente ed ha un'esperienza lunga nella guida turistica, noi inoltre parla francese, vorremmo invitare la gente da ogni parte del mondo a visitarci ed avere un'esperienza meravigliosa che visita questa molto vecchia città e le spiagge vicine ed a provare la nostra cucina.

The house is really beautiful and Eddy and his wife are among the nices people we have ever met. They can help you with organizing a trip to Cayo Santa Maria for an incredibly cheap price and can give you useful advice on Remedios (for example they pointed us to a restaurant that is not touristic at all but that was really really good and super cheap). The dinner was amazing (for sure one of the best Cuban dinner we had during our holiday, including restaurants). The view from the rooftop is wonderful and breakfast and dinner are served there. Eddy also happens to be a chess enthusiast and, if you want, you can enjoy playing with him on the rooftop, a very nice experience! If you plan to stay in Remedios I would definitely suggest this house!

Sono una splendida coppia, veramente molto simpatici e disponibili. Belle stanze con giardinetto, ottima cucina e posizione comoda alla piazza centrale.

Stanza grande e pulita , cortile verde e colorato . A casa vostra abbiamo mangiato una delle migliori cene di Cuba. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

Best restaurant of Remedios! :-) It was very nice to meet Eddy and Dam, a kind, open, helpfull and funny couple. Eddy speaks English very well and likes to makes jokes, as we do. He says it's very important to have humor and laughter every day. We were surprised by our accommodation. The little house in the backyard was very new, spacious, private and clean. The best breakfast of Cuba is served in this place (optional). Fresh and varied, it includes coffee/tea, juices, eggs, salmon, fruits, bread, cheese, dulce, flan. It is served at the rooftop were it has a nice view at Remedios. We also recommend to have dinner at this rooftop. VERY tasteful Cuban food. Dam cooks with love. We really enjoyed her lovely dinners. Muchas gracias for your good concerns. Saludos a Giovanni and the English students. It was a joy to smoke a sigar together.

Visiting Remédios and Caio de Santa Maria was excellent. We had a wonderfull time um Town and at the beach. And we enjoy the great food with Eddy and his wife the lobster was excellent

C’est avec un français parfait que nous avons été accueillis chez Eddy et sa femme. Notre séjour fut très plaisant, la chambre était très agréable et bien placée dans une petite cour. Enfin, sa femme cuisine vraiment très très bien !! Un vrai cordon bleu ! Merci pour tout !

Hospitality at its best in a lovely setting in this smaller Cuban town. Eddy speaks amazing American, learned as a hobby. Knowledgeable about the area and all its cultural, historical, and natural features. Beautiful home, gardens, and delicious meals iare all yours just minutes from the central square. Want the warmth and welcome of family experience and respect for privacy, too? Go for it!

Of dozens of hostels I have stayed at in more than a dozen countries, my stay at this hostel under the care of this wonderful family is without question the most wonderful, highest quality, enjoyable, memorable and comfortable (I could go on) of all. You won’t find better meals, comfortable lodging (unlike most hostels and even hotels in Cuba, the Oasis has everything you need from specials lodging to hot showers and more—if you’ve been to this country or another hostal in it before, you’ll know what I mean and will be amazed at how at home you feel), or more welcoming, knowledgeable, compassionate (and so much fun!) family of hosts to care for you. Not to mention perfect English! Even if you think Remedios is a little far from Santa Clara (if that is your main interest—otherwise, there is so much to see in Remedios and worth spending the time to explore this beautiful and historic town), I urge you it is worth the extra time to travel to stay with this family instead of at a closer hostel. You will not regret!

Eddy e la sua famiglia sono stati molto disponibili con noi. Posizione ottima e centrale. Consiglio tutti di fermarsi qualche notte per assaggiare anche qualche piatto cubano cucinato dalla moglie. Denise
