From BALMAIN it's only 15 min ferry or bus trip to Sydney's CBD, Circular Quay and Opera House. 5 min walk to bus or ferry and from there 10 min to CBD and Opera and 25 min to UTS. 3 min walk to a beautiful, huge waterfront park with Sydney Harbor Bridge and city views – great for exercising, jogging and relaxing! 5 min walk to lively and vibrant Darling Street with shopping center and heaps of cafes, pubs and restaurants. • Very private room for 1 person in a quality renovated Balmain home. Your room is private and separate from our family home. • Own ensuite bathroom with shower, access directly into your room • Easy to work from home • FREE, reliable internet/WIFI and FREE Netflix • You can relax on the veranda in our very quiet street • AIR CONDITIONING in summer, central heating in winter (it gets cold in Sydney!) • Smart TV, fridge, microwave and hot water maker in your room.
