L'insieme consiste di quattro appartamenti, due con due stanze e due con una stanza, divisa in due gruppi (gruppo MARZO e gruppo LUGLIO). Tutti gli appartamenti sono posizionati sul primo piano della costruzione, sopra la casa in cui i proprietari vivono. L'accesso ad ogni appartamento è completamente indipendente ed è fatto dalle scale situate nelle iarde e nei giardini della casa. Siamo in Brisas Del Mar, 100 metri dalla spiaggia di Brisas, 5 minuti dalla città di Guanabo e 30 minuti in macchina da Avana.

Ein absolut wunderbares Erlebnis! Marlene ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich um alles bestens kümmert was man so benötigt. Absolut empfehlenswert für ein paar Tage zur Erholung. Das Frühstück ist Super! So auch das selbstgekochte Abendessen! Das Zimmer war perfekt und sauber! Die Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ein Traum. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Wir kommen wieder und wünschen Marlene und ihrer Familie nur das Beste. Vielen Dank ... MUCHAS GRACIAS !!!

Es war ein super schöner Urlaub bei Marlene, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, tgl. frische Handtücher, bequemes Bett , sehr gut funktioniertender Kühlschrank ( der tgl. aufgefüllt wird mit Softgetränken, Bier und Wasser). Ebenso sehr gute Klimaanlage und Ventilator wie jeder will. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend mit getoastetem Brot, Omlett, gekochtem Ei, Wurst, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Butter, frisch gepressten Obstsäften, einem tollen Obstteller sowie heißer Kaffee und heiße Milch. Wer möchte bekommt mittags Sandwiches und abends ein üppiges sehr leckeres kubanisches Menüe wahlweise mit Fisch oder Fleisch sowie Dessert. Es war so viel dass wir es nie geschafft haben aufzuessen. Ein kleiner Spaziergang zum Meer ( von der Dachterrasse , die man auch nutzen kann, eine tolle Aussicht über das Meer und zum gesamten Hinterland). Toller Naturstrand der über die Woche leer ist, nur am Wochenende kommen die Kubaner und genießen das tolle Wasser. Da der Strand sehr lang ist, ist für alle Platz und auf keinen Fall überlaufen. Fahrräder sind kostenlos zu bekommen bei Marlene um schnell in die Dorfmitte zu kommen, dort ist auch ein Hot Spot für Internet. Eine Karte für 1 Stunde Internet kostet 1 CUC. Marlene hat einen Garten mit frischem Gemüse und Tierhaltung ( Hühner, Enten, Truthähne,Pfauen und ein kl. Schweinchen) ebenso einen Gewürzgarten, eine Bananen Plantage, Mangobäume, Granatäpfel u.v.m. Alles in Allem war es eine super schöne Woche mit netten, hilfsbereiten Gastgebern die alles tun was in ihrer Macht steht. Man genießt die Ruhe und kann vom Alltag abschalten. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen. Sehr Empfehlenswert !!!!!!!! Danke Marlene und deiner gesamten Familie u. Angestellten.

Marlene and her daughter are the best hosts you can wish for. We arrived too early and our room was not ready yet, but she let us use her bathroom, beach towels and an umbrella so we could enjoy the beach right away. If you want, you can rent bikes free of charge. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing, without doubt the best one we had during our 14-day trip to Cuba (we love the pancakes with caramel!) Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We stayed here in late April. The accommodation was very good, a self contained flat and the family are friendly. Good plentiful breakfasts. The location is a little remote with few amenities. However within a short drive there are more amenities and beautiful beaches with facilities. Guanabo has a very good Italian restaurant El Piccolo and we also ate at El Rancho on the main road which was also good. There is no shade on the beach near the house. We also took a private chofer to Varadero for a day in a vintage car which was a great move (cost 120 CUC). We booked this through the Hotel Tropicoco .
