This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Toulouse is a mix of comfort and design. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is strategically located in the \;Jeanne d'Arc\; neighborhood, in the heart of Toulouse. Many restaurants, shops, public transports can be found close at hand. The apartment is on the ground floor. It is entirely equipped and includes a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, kitchen ustensils, kettle, microwave, crockery, pans... The flat also has a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: water, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
Joan of Arc is an historical neighbourhood in Toulouse, situated north-east of the city-centre and a few steps away from the famous Capitol and the Square having the same name. The neighbourhood is very well served by public transportation and it is close to the train station. Friendly and colourful markets make the boulevards lively, cafés and restaurants bring life to the Joan of Arc Square. A bronze statue of the far-famed French heroine Joan of Arc stands in the centre of the Square since 1922. Take a pleasant stroll down the Jean Jaurès alleys to discover the wide boulevards converted to ramblas. Runners and strollers love to gather here, follow the crowd till the hyper-centre of the Pink City, crossing the Canal du Midi.
