The space
™ï¸ The 70sqm loft apartment includes all the home comforts you could ask for in a lock-up-and-go urban escape. You'll be staying in the iconic Mutual Heights building, with views of the famous Table Mountain & Lions Head.
³ The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy complimentary coffee pods, tea, milk, sugar, and a bottle of our favorite wine. The living room boasts beautiful parquet flooring, double-volume windows, a comfortable couch, a 2-seater dining area, and a flat-screen TV with Netflix.
›ï¸ The mezzanine loft bedroom has a Queen bed, built-in cupboards, and a workstation that overlooks the rest of the apartment from above - perfect for digital nomads or hybrid workers.

You'll have full access to our lovely apartment, a single secured parking bay; a gym, and a swimming pool in the adjacent building.
Security
The building is extremely secure, with cameras on the exterior of the building and 24-hour security guards. Fingerprint access in the building as well as a concierge.
