The 43 m2 sized 1 bedroom apartment is ideal for individual and couples. The flat comes with a small balcony. There is a separated bedroom with king size bed, next to the living room where there is a sofa. This apartment has a fully equipped american style kitchen with all the necessary machines and cutleries, such as toaster, water boiler, microwave, fridge, electric hot plate and oven, and a dining area, as well. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and AC. In the bathroom guest will find washing machine, hair dryer and bathtub.
The rental fee includes some additional services:
- 0-24 reception 100 meter away from the flat (in Kisfaludy str 3.), we are happy to receive the packages to our customers.
- weekly cleaning with linen changing
- minimal help with maintenance
