We live in St Johns, an area not far from the Auckland city and all the amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance. Train to the city is the fastest way of transport which takes only 12 minutes and cost $3.10 one way. Close to Mount Wellington, Panmure, Manukau, Middlemore etc. Our house is a recently built warm comfortable and have spare rooms. Some rooms have attached bathrooms. We have a free food cupboard where you can find quick breakfast lunch like, if you arrive at an odd time. All rooms have a queen bed and a desk, chair in each room. We provide bed linen. Rent include water, power and WIFI, separate kitchen for flatmates, separate laundry facilities we have upgraded our queen beds with comfort extra firm mattress. This bed may feel a bit hard if you are used to soft mattresses NO COUPlES please, singles only. We take a refundable deposit of $400 from the tenant on arrival for breakages/arrears if any long term tenants will need to clean the bathroom every fortnight and Kichen once a month. All rooms are almost identical if you do not find all the dates in one room/calendar you may book part in another calendar This can be arranged, Thanks for visiting our page
