The longer you stay - the cheaper the rate. Our house is 3 bedrooms, media room, open plan living areas, main bathroom is for you (sometimes shared, there are 2 bathrooms) semi rural with wonderful views, great neighbourhood, short walk to shops & supermarket. We have hosted many overseas visitors over the years and also within our apartment complex in the city that we managed. We have now moved back to our home & miss all the different nationalities. We have hosted people from Germany, Netherlands, Hungry, England, Chile, France, Argentina, Italy, Ireland, China, Japan, Malaysia, Albania, Switzerland, Sweden, America, Canada & many more but since they have gone, the house seems empty. In the summer we do a lot of entertaining with BBQs and just soaking up the summer breezes. Even in the winter, we still enjoy the view with a little hint of sun watching the sun go down. We do have 2 very spoilt pussycats that rules our house, so you must like pets. Must be clean & tidy with a sense of humour. Single person $42 per week. A couple $450 per week for long stays of 2 weeks or more. A cleaning fee of $45 will be charged if the room is not cleaned as you found it. Some dinners included. look forward to our next adventurous homestays.
