My husband and I already host International students through the University of Winnipeg, but we have students sometimes but not always so we thought we could try another source to have students more often. We have 3 little Chihuahuas and its just my husband and I. We are very home body people ,not party people we stay at home a lot, mostly quiet. We have 2 open bedrooms and a student bathroom. Breakfast food supplied, we will supply three meals but full asking price of $40.00 a day is required,if just breakfast it can be negotiated.We are bout a 15 minute ride to The University of Winnipeg, and a 5 minute bus ride to a Major shopping mall and theatre. We are located in an area called St.James.We are in a very nice part of Winnipeg and close to many great things including our Park and Zoo.
