Hi We are louie and Madeline and we have a small, yet neat and clean room in a cozy, Manhattan apartment. We are located in the East Village, a short walk, bus, or subway ride from many NYC neighborhoods. There is an elevator in the building, though the apartment is on the second floor. There is a laundry room in the building as well. We are a friendly and easy going, empty-nester couple, who loves to travel, watch television series, and eat out. We are both employed in public schools and our expertise is children with special needs. Please note: No smoking. Wifi is provided. The room has a daybed, is air conditioned, and has a smart television, dresser and closet. We provide clean sheets and towels. Guests can pay using Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or cash - upon arrival. If you must cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is noon on weekends and at 4:00 pm on weekdays; however different arrangements can be made, as needed.
