My Homestay is perfect for students going to Camosun or UVIC. Camosun College is a10 minute walk, and University of Victoria- 10 min bus ride, For relaxation and fun Willows beach is a 15 minute walk. The house is on a beautiful street with easy access to bus stops, shops ( corner store with food) Pizza place, & coffee shop. 3 blocks down is a grocery store, & more coffee shops and banks. The neighbourhood is cute, with little free book libraries hidden throughout the streets, a church, and several playgrounds. The house has a private back Garden with space to relax. We have a full size Trampoline and large swimming pool for the summer months! The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen and dining area. laundry room & workout space with an elliptical. Rooms: Room 1: Double room, with queen size bed and optional pull out kids bed matrice. ( up to 3 guests max) Room 2 Single Room, single bed ( one guest max) Room 3 Family room, king size bed and bunk beds. (Four guests max) Each room has a bed, Chair & Desk with lamp, & Closet. Both have a window ( with a view of trees). Bedsheets, pillows and blankets provided. Towels Provided Use of workout equipment included. Wifi included. Utilities included. Tea & Coffee Included. Each bedroom has a locking door- Key provided. ***" Full Board" : Breakfast, lunch and family dinner optional for added cost.
