Just a few minutes walk to the Parliament Buildings, Beacon Hill Park, Empress Hotel, the Inner Harbour. Your private bedroom is quite large (2.7 x 3.7 meters) with a large window for morning sunshine. It includes a study desk, shelves, wardrobe closet, brand new twin bed with storage underneath.The kitchen and bathroom are shared (with me), the living room has an area for yoga/stretching/weights. The whole suite is newly renovated with all new furniture and appliances. Available starting 1 JANUARY 2025. I am a retired engineer who has travelled quite a lot and lived in several other countries. I have enjoyed sharing houses with students for more than 30 years. I enjoy bicycle touring, sailing, walking in nature, and volunteering in Victoria. Note: Preference given to language students or international students. Mature students (age 25+) preferred. Minimum 3 month stay. longer stays preferred.
