My name is Gary. I live with my wife and 2 children ( 25 yrs old boy and 14 yrs old girl ), and a shih tzu poodle dog. We have a spacious room for a student in my basement suite. This comes with a full bathroom shared with one female student only but you have to clean it once a week or as needed. My house is not located along busy street so its quiet but bus stops are close by. Bus will take you to Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU ) in 29 minutes and to Simon Fraser University (SFU) Surrey campus in 35 minutes . Newton Exchange bus terminal is 10 minutes away where all the biggest grocery stores ,restaurants , pharmacy , banks, a community centre, craft store , dollar store are nearby.
