Room condition: large private room on the ground floor, large window, good light, independent bathroom, front yard garden outside the window, with bed and bedding, desk and chair, clothing rack, drawer chest, cooking utensils, etc. Just move in with your bags. The monthly rent includes all expenses such as water, electricity, gas, heating, internet, garbage disposal fee etc.. I will be sharing the same house with the guests during their stays. location: Hastings-sunrise area in Vancouver. Quiet community, very close to banks, post offices, libraries, supermarkets, clinics, restaurants, bus stops, etc. are readily available. Transportation: Direct bus to SFU, Downtown (VGC, SGIC, IlAC International college, Canadian College, New York Institute of Technology, VCC), North Vancouver, etc.
