Casa Camilo is my home, I am renting under contract my apartment for a year, while I live in Spain. Therefore it is very important that I recover it at least in the state that I leave it to you. It's an apartment with 2 bedrooms but one is already occupied by a girl. She is an easy going person. It is a duplex apartment (with stairs) on the 3rd and last floor (with elevator) in the center of Porto, at the foot of the Campo 24 Agosto subway station. Very bright, spacious and modernly decorated. So there are an available bedroom, an occupied bedroom and the shared bathroom in the upper floor then a living room, a kitchen and a toilet in the bottom floor. It also has a terrace on which you can have your breakfasts enjoying the view of the beautiful facades of Porto. The bedroom has a double bed of 5'3 (or 160 cm, comfortable mattress), a wardrobe and a dresser for your belongings. The building dates from the 1930s, has the architectural features of the buildings of the old bourgeoisie. It was rehabilitated in 2019 and offers excellent conditions including an elevator. About the payment: A deposit of 500€ is always required in case of damage and one month's rent which must be paid on the day of arrival by bank transfer. The deposit will be returned on the day of the check out if no damage or inconvenience has been caused. If the payment is not done on time, I will be forced to cancel the reservation.
