The room is very spacious, with a balcony and wooden floors. It has a wardrobe, a double bed with a 140x200 memory foam mattress, memory foam pillows, shelves, a small sofa, a lift-up dining table and a desk. The balcony has a blind to isolate from outside light. Only the room is rented, without access to the living room but you can use the bathroom and kitchen, including all appliances. If you want to use the washing machine, you must put the clothes inside and notify the landlord so that he can program it. The clothes will be washed first thing the next day. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
