We offer a safe, positive and stable environment for learning and living. language spoken is English. We have one large room on the main level -very clean, quiet and private. The pricing includes all meals, utilities, laundry and high speed internet. The room features a double bed, bedding, desk, closet, dresser, lamp, towels, & shared bathroom. We are within walking distance to parks, libraries, community & shopping centres, groceries (including ethnic grocery shops) and excellent restaurants. There is easy access to the trendy Main Street area, Queen Elizabeth Park, beaches, skiing, theatres etc... Only 1 bus to UBC, downtown, Metrotown. The Main Street bus is only 69 meters away and we're a short walk to the Canada line (langara & Oakridge stations). We've hosted students and working professionals from all over the world since 1998. We are a family of 4 with 2 children in university as well as a very friendly dog. We also love to travel and spent a year backpacking throughout the world together. Airport pickups can be arranged for a $25 fee. I look forward to hearing from you.
