My house is 2 levels, with 2 rooms on the top floor and separate bathroom. And on the first level with 3 bedrooms and bathroom shareable. It has parking space / garage, living room, kitchen and laundry room. The house is built in concrete blocks, with terrazzo floors and wooden skies. In a very safe place near the Presidential House in zapote Costa Rica. In my home I live only my person since all my children are married but regularly visit my house. That's why I like to share with other people from other nations to learn about other customs.
