Il prezzo comprende affitto, pulizia dei bagni e delle parti comuni, internet WiFi, TV, arredamento, acqua e spese condominiali. In piu' c'e' solamente l'energia elettrica e il gas (circa 30 euro mese) e il riscaldamento in inverno. E’ richiesta una cauzione pari a una mensilita’. The well-appointed rooms, with bathrooms, brand new kitchen with all appliances, terrace and garden, 50m from Palazzo Nuovo (downtown). The renovation has just been completed. Price per room from 430 euro. The price includes rent, cleaning bathrooms and common areas, internet access WiFi, TV, furniture, water and condo fees. Over the rent, there is only electricity and gas(about 30 euro month) and heating during the winter. It's needed a deposit equal to one month rent.
