Hi Guys,

This is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung\Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ\german TV license fee).

Only the 1st or 16th of each month are possible as move-in days. In specific cases we have a flexible move-in date, but this has to be discussed in our messages.

Please note that there is an additional one-time service fee of 100€ and a deposit of 950€ to be paid before moving in.
