We offers all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax.
In the house it is forbidden to smoke.
The apartments are mixed (male and female)
There is a one-off fee of 350€ including:
- full insurance coverage (with civil liability of the tenant)
- regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract
- final cleaning and whitewashing
- sanitation
- an Apartment Manager at your disposal that you can call for any need during your stay
- all the bureaucratic formalities
