Rental Rules

All rental contracts must obligatorily end on February 28th, or depending on when the booking is made, on July 31st or August 31st.
During the summer months of June, July, and August, cancellations are not possible.

Rent a BED in a double room equipped with all comforts

The room is located in a beautiful renovated apartment in the centre and in the most beautiful area of Milan;
Each guest has a comfortable container bed with memory mattress, desk and chair, bookcase, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV in the room, enjoys a wonderful view of the Basilica of Sant'Eustorgio, without any building in front because we are on a high floor.

The apartment is located on the Parco Delle Basilica, in a very quiet street which is a 2-minute walk from the Nuova Darsena and the Navigli, moreover, with a pleasant walk through the most beautiful streets of the city, in a few minutes you can reach the square. del Duomo, Sant'Ambrogio, Porta Romana, etc.

The entire apartment is completely new and studied in detail to be pleasant, comfortable and welcoming, equipped with an oven, microwave, washer-dryer, iron. Very elegant building with a custodian every day.

The fee INCLUDES everything (condominium expenses, cleaning service twice a month, Tari, TV, WiFi 1000 fibre, etc ..)
