FOX Université is a lovely house right next the University of Brussels with 6 rooms and a studio.

STANFORD is a beautiful 40 m2 room on the third floor street side, composed of a double bed, a small desk and a dressing..
The bathroom is with a shower , a washbasin and a toilet.
You have too a kitchen to share with the room on the same floor.

In addition to this beautiful private flat, you can enjoy, if you want, a beautiful common space on the first floor to share in co living with the other occupants of the house.
The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team.
A spacious common area and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 fridge, 1 freezer, sufficient crockery and cutlery, a dishwasher, lockers that you can privatize.
There is too a lounge area with a TV and a little kitchen with a fridge, a coffee machine and a soda stream. You can share an aperitif watching TV.
In the common area as in each room, you have wifi.

In addition you have access to the terrace and the garden and a laundry room and a common cellar.
