It is located on the third floor of a historic building from the 1300s, **in the heart of the alleys** (Genoa historic center) overlooking the small garden of Piazza Ragazzi, a green space hidden in the city. The restoration, started in 2022, was completed in autumn 2024. The design, finishes and furnishings are curated by Antonio Crugliano, Decorator and Craftsman of ''Casa Luzzati''.

The area of the historic centre is a traffic restricted zone, offering a huge variety of restaurans, bars, pharmacies, multi-ethnic shops and cultural buildings in walk distance. The nearest metro stations ( De Ferrari, S. Giorgio) are 5 minutes away. Public transportation is the most recommanded way of moving in the centr of Genova and it provide good connection to train station, airport, and beautiful coastal towns just outside Genova.
