Having breakfast while watching penguins does happen. :) We have recently been able to see the Aurora Australis from the deck, too.

The two bedrooms are usually rented when the landlord is overseas, so the third room, which is her private room, will be locked behind her. So the place is fully equipped including kitchen. Happy to answer any other questions personally.
