Welcome to this enchanting apartment located in the beating heart of the historic center of Florence, between the magnificent Duomo and the renowned Piazza Santa Croce. This modern jewel will welcome you with its warmth and impeccable style. The apartment, tastefully furnished, offers a bright and comfortable space for your stay. The open-plan living room and kitchen create a convivial atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and socialising. The two bedrooms, one double and one single, guarantee privacy and comfort, while the two bathrooms add practicality to meet the needs of all guests. Please note that bills are NOT INCLUDED. In order to track the consumption of the utilities, checks of the meters will be done at the beginning and at the end of the stay to calculate the bills amount. For stays longer than two months, the landlord will ask guests to send the meters checks monthly so that guests won't be charged a higher price and their consumption will be under control. There is a condominium fee of to be paid monthly. Internet is 30 euros per month. Each guest is required to pay for Florence tourist tax in cash upon check-in. Children under 12 and students at Università di Firenze are exempt from this fee.
