That place is great. The location is awesome as well because there is a lot of amenities such as grocery store, restaurants, gym and so on. However, the subway Arroios is under renovation, in other words is closed so far.

The room was exactly like shown in the picture. It was functional, though a bit cold, as the electricity went out when I used the heater for a longer time. The location was excellent as I studied in IST. Also, the store was closeby. Unfortunately the nearest metro station is under construction for still some time, so I mostly walked everywhere. The living room and balcony were amazing, and you can sunbathe on the balcony all morning. However, the kitchen was always a bit dirty, and many items in the kitchen were very old and in bad shape. Also, the bathroom was not in the best shape. Please note - although there are two showers in the apartment, only one can be used at a time (not enough hot water for both).

Logement impeccable, très propre. Assez d'espace pour 9 pers et +, quartier sécurisant. A 30 secondes du métro et à 1 minute des arrêts de bus. Les propriétaires sont super gentils et attentifs. l'équipe de ménage est très très efficace, la wifi est ok. Super coloc !

The apartment is great, cleaning is done twice a week and the landlord is really nice. There is a good supermarket close to the apartment. The bus and metro stations are also close. I must warn you, the apartment is on the fifth floor.

The neighborhood and location is very good. House has 9 rooms and only 2 bathrooms. Only one bathroom is big and good for taking a shower, other one is small. It is impossible to take a shower in the same time in the both bathroom. House is old, but at least landlord is nice.

La habitación si estaba limpia pero se nota que es un edificio rehabilitado en parte,el baño está viejo y con humedades

All the place, common areas and my room I love it, I am very happy here. The room and common areas are the same as the picture. Everything is always very clean because they clean very well twice a week and once a week your room and linens. Everything is very organized. The things of common areas working well. I am completely agreed with the price of the rent because everything is included and you always find common things. Supermarket is almost under the building.

The room is very nice, and comparing with the prices of Lisbon, this one is very good. We really would need better kitchen equiment, cause it is so bad and poor, and one gas position is broken.. We are 10 people, we 'd really d like to have one more.

Abitazione molto grande con sala cucina e bagni condivisi. La casa é situata in una poposizione molto comoda perché in 30 minuti a piedi si é in centro a rossio. Sotto casa c'e il super mercato pingo doce e la metro. La zona é sicura e ci sono sempre un sacco di persone in starda. Unica pecca è che non sempre viviamo con coinquilini che amano la pulizia e l'ordine ( che in mia opinione in una casa non dovrebbero mai mancare soprattuttk nelle zone condivise)e questa é un po una mancanza di rispetto da parte loro , perciò molte volte ho pulito le pentole lasciate sporche dai coinquilini anche per quattro giorni. La sceglierei di nuovo per un'altra esperienza ma magari con coinquilini un po più puliti!

I really like the atmosphere of this flat. The landlord and his wife is taking care of everything (there is cleaning service too). I really appreciated the common spaces - the bright living room and the bigger kitchen. I spent a lovely time here and I already miss this flat, it was like second home for me.

I like the apartment in general, it is well located, well equipped, we have everything we need, the cleaning is often, so we have fresh towels every week etc. Kitchen is big, living room is cosy, so we can all spend here time together :) Supermarket is next to us, metro station is almost by the door. Landlords really take care of this place. I recommend it!
