We stayed at Nuno's place for 5 months and had an amazing experience! I would honestly recommend it to anyone staying in Lisbon for a longer time. The apartment is nice– has AC & heating –and has a great location, close to everything you need. On top of that, Nuno is super nice and helpful! Thanks!

I absolutely loved staying at Nuno's place. The apartment is perfectly located near Cais Sodre which makes it super easy to get anywhere in the city. The apartment has everything you need and Nuno is a very helpful landlord. I would definitely come back here!

This residence made our stay in Lisbon absolutely perfect! It is at a perfect location, very central but still very calm. The property is super fresh, spacious, lots of windows with a great view. It has all the cooking supplies needed, bed linen, etc. And if we were missing something, our landlord, Nuno, gladly helped us and fixed it. Nuno was very helpful and nice, and he absolutely made our stay easy and pleasant. Overall, we couldn't have chosen a better place to leave during our studies in Lisbon, it was very well-spent money. My boyfriend and I recommend this to everyone!

Fantastic apartment in the best location in Lisbon. The apartment with its wooden floors, typical Portuguese tiles, and nice and modern furniture will make you immediately feel at home. Due to the many windows, you can enjoy nice views over the city and daylight in the apartment at any given time during the day. You will have anything you need ranging from television, kitchen equipment, washing machine to enough storage space you might need for your luggage. I stayed with my girlfriend at this place for nearly one year, and we will leave with very heavy hearts. Regarding the location of the apartment, it is the best place you can live in Lisbon. It is a trendy spot surrounded by nice restaurants (best Mexican restaurant just next door), (rooftop-)bars, clubs, and parks. Since the train station, Cais do Sodre is only 5 minutes walking away, you can reach the beaches of Carcavelos or Cascais very easily and fast. The other parts of Lisbon are very easily reachable with the metro (Station Cais do Sodre), and if you feel like watching a sunset, you can walk to the Tejo within 5 minutes enjoying a cold one. Although you are staying in the heart of the city, it is very quite in the apartment, and you can catch a good sleep. All my fellow students envied me so I can definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to make the most of his time in Lisbon.

Regarding the apartment: The location is unbeatable. Bica is one of the most up-coming and creative areas in Lisbon, right between Barrio Alto and Cais do Sodré to go out, 10min walk to the city center and close to the very best Mexican restaurant in town. Although Bica is one of the most crowded areas during the night, we had no trouble with loud noises from the streets or neighbours. The furniture is cozy yet clean with everything that you need. The old wooden floor with ceramic tiles create a charming and welcoming atmosphere. Nevertheless, since the apartment is located on the top floor, you have to deal with some roof slopes, quiet cool winters and hot summers. But Nuno installed an AC/heaters that got us through the very hot and cold times. All in all, I can definitely recommend Nuno's place to everyone that looks for an authentic and charming apartment, excellent service and one of the best areas to live in Lisbon.
