We were met by Marguerite and her family with such a warm welcome.Despite language barriers Marquerite went out of her way to be so helpful and treated us as one of the family. Our room was comfortable and warm. Marquerite´s breakfast were lovely and she always prepared fresh juices so that we were tasting the fruits of her country.Marquerite is fun to be with and an excellent ambassador for her country. We would recommend Marquerite´s for the comfort, safety and friendship shown.

We spent a very nice time at Margarita's house. Her husband and her are very welcoming and nice. They were always ready to help us and to give us advices for visits around the city. The flat is well situated to go in the nice old town of Quito. We got used to buses and "metrobus" to go in the city ! The bedroom is OK, independent, and quite. We loved the good breakfasts with fruits and juces. We would like very much to come again in this family ; we'll keep a wonderful memory of our stay.

I would give a 10 heart rating to Margarita if I could! We were greeted immediately with a smile and a hug, and we ended up staying with her for four nights because we felt so comfortable and welcome in her home. She is extremely warm and friendly and generous, as is the rest of her family. Our stay in Quito was much more memorable because of our homestay experience with Margarita, I am so lucky and thankful to have found her! She is located a short distance from several bus stops in north Quito near the old airport so it was easy to travel around. I highly recommend Margarita to anyone who wants to immerse themselves into the Ecuadorian culture.
