The room and the place are very beautiful, the house is just in front of a big green rice field. Unfortunately for us it was NOT an homestay: the rooms are private and the place looks like a small resort, we were welcomed by the friendly staff (they speak only few words of english) and we have never seen the host.

The room is in a rural area. A big negative is no restaurants nearby, we had to drive about 5km to the nearest stop for truckers, and that restaurant ran out of food at 7pm. Not a good location if you don't have a private car and driver.

The lady who owns the home stay really could not have been more helpful in every respect. She advised us on so many things to help our overall stay in Vietnam. We stayed one night here. It is very rural and very basic, if this is what you are looking for then it is good value for money.

I stayed here for 3 nights in November 2014, it's a very nice and comfortable place and they are a lovely family. I just wish it had been easier to find as I went past it twice before I found it, once on the bus and again on the moto taxi. But I forgot about that as soon as I got there because they were so friendly and it was great to spend some time with them. I would definitely stay with them again.
